What You’ll Experience in 4 Weeks

Week 1: Taking Stock

We start by observing your current patterns – sleep, eating, movement, stress – without judgment. This gives us real data about what’s actually happening in your life, not what you think should be happening.

Week 2: Identifying What Needs to Shift

Based on what you observed, we identify 1-2 habits that are undermining everything else. You’ll choose one keystone habit to address and notice the ripple effects throughout your week.

Week 3: Building the Foundation

With foundational habits shifting, we focus on nourishing your body well and establishing a realistic movement rhythm. No rigid rules – just sustainable practices that fit YOUR life.

Week 4: Your Sustainable Path Forward

You’ll create your personal health framework, define your non-negotiables, and set up your group to continue supporting each other after I step back.

4 Weekly Zoom Coaching Calls (1 hour each) Meet with your small group (3-6 women) for live teaching, Q&A, and goal-setting. Choose between Fridays at 12pm Central or Thursdays in the late afternoon (3-4pm Central).

Daily Marco Polo Connection Stay connected with your group between calls through a private Marco Polo channel. Get encouragement, share wins, ask questions, and build real community. I’ll be actively participating, especially in the first weeks, then gradually step back so your group can support each other independently.

Weekly Printables & Devotionals Each week includes custom trackers, reflection prompts, and a short devotional (200-300 words) that ties faith into your health journey.

Q: When do we meet? A: We’ll meet once a week for one hour via Zoom. You’ll choose your preferred time when you apply: either Fridays at 12pm Central or Thursdays in the late afternoon (3-4pm Central). I’ll place you in a group based on availability and fit.

Q: What happens if I can’t make a call? A: Life happens, and I get it. All calls are recorded and made available in a private location so you can catch up. That said, the real magic happens when we’re together live – that’s where connection and breakthrough moments occur. You’ll also stay connected with your group via Marco Polo between calls, so you won’t miss a beat.

Q: How does the Marco Polo group work? A: Between our weekly Zoom calls, you’ll have daily access to your small group (and me) through a private Marco Polo channel. This is where you can share wins, ask questions, get encouragement when you’re struggling, and build real community. I’ll send you clear instructions during onboarding, and we’ll make sure everyone feels comfortable before we start. It’s actually one of the best parts of the program because you get to see and hear from your group members, not just read text messages.
