Trainer Tip #6:

Need to work on your balance?

Balance is when the body is in equilibrium and stationary. Poor balance is associated with injury risk.

Try incorporating it into bits and pieces of your everyday life.

Balance on one foot while you:

  • Brush your teeth
  • Talk on the phone
  • Stand in line at the store
  • Wash dishes

Make sure you alternate which foot you balance on!
