Moment of Grace with Sherry Shaban

I’m doing a little series in July called Moment of Grace where I’m repurposing some good stuff from the past year. These are bite sized portions of some of my fav episodes. With vacations, helping with church VBS, hosting family, I know fitting time to plug in those earbuds can be far and few between during the busy summer months. Thus, the encore episodes, but about 10 minutes or less!

This week’s featured moment is all about understanding how our body responds to stress and lack of safety. Sherry puts language to the connection between binge eating and imposed food scarcity. She also shares about honouring our health and fitness from a protection and safety mode. If you are coming out of diet culture or negative self talk, this is for you!
