All about CORE – what it is, misperceptions, why it’s important, and how to strengthen it

The number one request I get from my clients and students now and in the 14 years I’ve been in the industry is more CORE! I I totally get it- there is nothing more rewarding than arching your back and feeling your sore muscles stretch.

But did you know the core is so much more than those sore muscles from crunches?

Today we take a 360 degree look at our core (and if you listen in, you’ll see why I chose that 360-adjective!)

  • What muscles are included (I bet you didn’t realize how many there are!)
  • Why we need to strengthen them (beyond having a tight stomach)
  • Easy movements you can do RIGHT NOW (yes, for real!) to activate your core.
