Today’s episode is for everyone who has walked past those kettlebells and thought “those look cool but I have no idea what to do with them and I’m afraid I’ll hurt my back.” 

My guest today is Coach Gretchen Meyers. You met her at the end of 2020 as we discussed our perspective and hope as trainers as we enter the new year. About Gretchen

Gretchen is a certified personal trainer, Kettlebell instructor, and lover of moving in all the ways. She has been training clients and teaching group classes for over 15 years. Two years ago she decided to go into business for herself by teaching kettlebell classes out of her garage and training clients in her home. Since then, her business has moved completely online where she continues to teach classes, train clients, and offers other fitness programs for those looking to get strong, mobile, and durable.
