My conversation today with Hally Brooke encompasses all things health: physical, mental and spiritual. Hally comes with such a positive energy that stems from combining a deep understanding of science with a realistic and holistic approach. She defines “nourishment” for us at one point and it was kind of like a Jerry Maguire moment. Instead of “You had me at hello,” it was “You had me at nourished.”

The underlying reasons you are chronically exhausted (Hint: all roads lead to gut health)

A couple weeks ago while editing and prepping this episode, I texted my friend and said “please mark your calendar and listen to my episode on June 7. You will LOVE this girl. Hally Brooke with Live Nourished. I’m editing and falling in love with her all over again.”

Unfortunately I don’t have all of your cell phone numbers so I couldn’t send you the same message, but I wish I could.

We also talk about specific vitamins most Americans are deficient in, foods to combat that, how to choose quality vitamins, signs of poor gut health, and we deep dive into chronic exhaustion.

Hally is a nationally board certified health and wellness coach as well as a functional medicine certified health coach based out of Colorado Springs, Colorado. She’s also a personal trainer, avid mountain biker, dog lover, white water rafter, skier, hiker…you must know this is my kind of gal.

Just a warning, I mention in this episode that I came flying in hot (as Hally says) and I guess I didn’t get my mic set up correctly so I sound like I’m in a tin can. Sorry about that, but I promise the wisdom and tools Hally bring completely make up for the poor sound quality on my end.
