Heal chronic pain in your knees, back, hips and more with Fixing You

According to the CDC, in 2016 an estimated 20.4% of U.S. adults had chronic pain. If you aren’t dealing with chronic pain, chances are you know someone who is. Areas affected often include back, neck, feet and hips and I’ve witnessed how debilitating it can be for those afflicted with it.

This is what I love: it’s simple. It integrates slight adjustments to some of your daily living activities such as walking, sitting, and standing. You’re going to hear a few things counter to how I coach and how you may have been coached, specifically related to planks and shoulder blades.
