The rich culture and tradition of Bollywood dancing

I moved to the Houston area in 2004 from a pretty homogeneous area. One of the things I’ve grown to truly cherish and appreciate about Houston is the diversity. The community I live in is full of different skin colors and cultures. I love it for myself and that my kids can grow up learning about cultures and experiences other than their own.

Today I’m excited to dig into the Indian culture with Sheila Varghese, cofounder of Bollycurves in Missouri City, TX. Bollycurves offers Bollywood-American dance, kids dance, and yoga therapy.
