As I’ve gotten into teaching and training I’ve pulled back the curtain on the realities of being the person who is fortunate enough to lead someone in their health journey.

More and more often, I hear, “I just want to take care of my self. “

You know what? That’s really what we want to do as well.

Today I want to share with you some of the things I’ve learned, experienced and witnessed in the hopes you feel better about the group environment you’re in, or feel more confident in walking into one.

In no particular order:

  1. We don’t expect perfection.
  2. Your success is important to us.
  3. We all start somewhere – it’s ok if you can’t do something.
  4. It’s ok if you miss, as long as you keep coming back.
  5. (Somehow I miscounted and went straight to #6, skipping 5. I call that creative counting. HA!)
  6. We are not always as energetic as you see us. (At least I’m not!) This is our job.
  7. If I correct you, it’s because I don’t want you to get injured.
  8. I’m not always as confident in my body as I appear.
  9. I may don’t work out as much as you think I do.
  10. Your time with me is a judgement free zone.

Listen in for the full rundown!

Have a graced day,

Amy
