And as promised, here is the simple, starter recipe for Steel Cut Oatmeal:

    Simple Steel Cut Oatmeal

    Ingredients:

2 cups steel cut oats (gluten free if needed)

5 cups almond milk or water

    1 tbsp cinnamon

1-2 tbsp maple syrup (adjust as desired)

    2 tsp vanilla extract

    Pinch of salt

Toppings: berries, canned peaches, bananas, nut butter … get creative!

    Directions:

Lightly spray the bottom of the pot with nonstick cooking spray.

Add oats and milk to pot.

Secure the lid, close the vent, and cook on high pressure for 4 minutes. Let it naturally release for about 20 minutes before releasing the pressure.

Top oatmeal with your choice of toppings.
