How your everyday, ordinary life merges with your health {video devotional #4}

I should have known better. This devotional series should have been named 6-PART, not 6-WEEK. I just haven’t been able to stay on track.

I’m preparing a speech for Toastmasters is called “understanding your communication style.”  I’m learning that part of my style is I TALK TOO MUCH!

This is actually my second version of this devotional … the first came in around nine minutes.

I have to admit I’m glad the first one didn’t pan out. God had an even better verse for me!

In the effort to not write too much, I’ll let you watch from here as I dig into Romans 12:1.

Side note: I clearly need a different eye concealer. Pass on any you love in the comments below or email me at amy.connell@gracedhealth.com.

Missed parts 1-3? Check them out here:

Part 1: Accepting strength and protection for your unique body.

Part 2: Find rest in your body, mind, and spirit.

Part 3: The statement that transformed how I look at health.
