This is the yoga workout I outsourced

Lately I’ve been playing around with creating a balanced week of exercise. As much as I love high intensity interval training, I know my body can’t do that every day. Same with walking. I know I should add in yoga, but have a hard time making it happen. I’m not sure why.

I’m lucky to know several amazing yoga instructors in my area. One of them is Trish. My claim to fame is I hired her at our neighborhood gym right after she was certified. She is wildly popular instructor and truly has that special touch when it comes to practicing and teaching yoga.

Since I don’t work in my “ommmm’s” nearly enough, I knew she could inspire me to do this. Trish always gives a just-right-challenging practice and refreshes my spirit at the same time.

Trish has a huge following and everyone who practices yoga under her loves her style.
